软启动液压系统的设计与分析

针对煤矿井下大功率带式输送机在重载下启动困难 ,冲击力大 ,输送带易断 ,造成重大故障 ,设计了软启动装置 ,以合理的液压系统实现软启动。介绍了软启动中液压系统的结构设计 ,工作参数计算及液压元件选型。

In view of the coal mine under the shaft high-power l eather belt engine is living switchs on the hardship below the heavy load,the sh ock strenuonsly greatly,the leather belt cracks easily,therefore creating the gr eat block.We designed pliablely switching on the unit,and with the rightful plia ble boot of hydraulic pressure system implementation.Introduce pliablely in the Boot hydraulic pressure system physical design,work parameter calculation and th e hydraulic pressure element mould chooseing.
