摘要
介绍了ZZ5 2 0 0 11 18型液压支架控制系统的设计方法 ,对采用电液控制技术时液压支架 ,特别是液压控制系统的设计进行了讨论。提出的电液控制与手动先导控制相并存的控制方式、支架前梁的恒载控制、差动推溜和大流量快速移架系统等技术 。
This paper focuses on the characteristics and its d es igns,particularly details the hydraulic system.It also explains the technology o f electro-hydraulic control or manual pilot control,of auto-setting to forward b eam following front legs of differential conveyor advance and rapid advance with a high flow rate system,which has played an active part in the roof control and rapid advance.
