Study of wavefront sensor used in adaptive optics

在讨论几种波面传感器的基础上,介绍了一种新型的自适应光学波面传感器。实验结果表明,软刀口型波面传感器具有良好的实际应用前景。给出了它的工作原理,并介绍了各种传感器的优点。

Based on discussing some kinds of wavefront sensors, a kind of new wavefront sensor used in adaptive optics is introduced. Model experiment of soft knife edge sensor is given. Experimental results show that soft knife edge sensor have good real applied perspective. Its working principle is given, and advantage of various kinds of sensor is introduced.
