天铁炼钢厂技术进步综述

Review on Technical Progress in Steelmaking Plant of Tiantie

天铁炼钢自1994年下半年投产以来,产量每年以20～30万t的速度递增,发展到现在已形成年产钢坯230万t的规模,成为国内最大的钢坯生产基地,产品的质量、品种、规格也都有了很大提高。文章总结了天铁集团炼钢厂投产近十年来在工艺技术、装备水平、节能环保等方面取得的成绩,对影响炼钢产质量的因素进行了客观分析。

S ince putting into the production in the second half of1994,the output of t he steel-making of Tiantie has annually increased by0.2～0.3million tons ,and now Tiantie is the largest billet production base in China with annual out put of2.3million tons.The product quality,varieties and specifications hav e been improved.In this paper,the achievements made in the recent 10years ar e outlined,such as technique progresses,equip-ment level improvement,energy saving and environment protection,and the factors influencing the quality and quantity are analyzed.
