It is a new method for liquid - liquid extraction that the preconcentration of samples is based on micelle - mediated phase separation by the character of surfactant cloud point. This method can be used widely in the preconcentration of trace organic compounds, trace metal chelates and biomolecules. This method has many apparent advantages: lower toxi-city,higher effectiveness,safety and simplicity and the enrichment is best 100% .
