通过方法学研究,建立羟甲唑啉滴鼻液含量测定的高效液相色谱法.线性范围为2～12mg,r=0.9996;平均回收率100.3%.相对标准偏差1.24%.

To establish a method for detemination of xyloetzoline Nasal Drops by high performance liquid chromatography. The result showed that the linear range of calibration curve was 2 ~ 12mg(r = 0.9996);Recovery was 100.3% . The method is simple,accurate and sensitive.
