摘要
本文采用红外光法直接测定人参及其伪品北沙参、桔梗和峨参的红外光谱图。结果表明:人参的真伪品都具有较明显的“指纹”特征。尽管中药材为一复杂的混合物体系,正品人参与伪品人参的化学组成又较为相似,但由于它的来源的不同,生长环境的不同,都会导致谱图的差异,根据红外光谱的这些特征“指纹”,可达到分类鉴别的目的。该方法快速,方便,不丧失原本性。
Ginseng along with its counterfeit ginseng: Radix Glehniae, balloonflower root and Anthriscus Sylvestris were determined directly by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTTR) .It can be seen in the IR spectra,that each kind of Ginseng has its own'finger print'characteristics. As well known,traditional Chinese medicine is a complex matrix,and the components of standard Ginseng, and counterfeit ginseng are similar to each other. But due to their different sources and varied geographic origins,the diversity could be seen in their IR spectra. According to these'finger print'characteristics, the medicines could be classified and identified easily. It is proved that the IR method is not only fast, convenient method, but also keeps the integrity of the samples as well.
