摘要
采用焦炭和无烟煤作还原剂对磁铁精矿以及赤铁精矿进行了固态下碳还原研究。研究结果表明 ,在现有海绵铁生产采用的温度范围 (10 5 0~ 115 0℃ ) ,赤铁矿还原性能明显优于磁铁矿。采用无烟煤作还原剂可以大大降低还原温度、缩短还原时间。采用扫描电镜及X -射线衍射对还原产品进行了分析。
A study is made of solid state carbon reduction of magnetite concentrate and hematite concentrate using coke and anthracite as reductant. The results have shown that hematite has much better reducing property than magnetite within the temperature range of nowday sponge iron production. Their reduction temperature and time can be reduced by using anthracite as reductant. Reduced products are analysed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.
