金刚石钻头钻进过程中金刚石磨损规律试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过对人造岩石 (瓷砖 )进行钻进试验 ,并在试验过程中采用连续显微照相和称重的方法 ,对人造金刚石孕镶钻头在钻进过程中金刚石的磨损规律进行试验研究。实验结果表明 ,如能提高金刚石的包镶强度和金刚石本身的强度 ,减少金刚石脱粒和破碎 ,则金刚石钻头钻速和寿命能够大幅度提高。 An experimental study is made of artificial rock(ceramic tile) drilling. In the experimerts, the authors investigate the wear regularity of diamonds inserted in impregnated bits in drilling by applying continuous microphotography and weighing. It is concluded that increasing the inserting strength of artificial diamond particles in bits and their own strength helps reduce shelling and crushing of diamonds, improving greatly drilling velocity and service life.
