摘要 在改进后的MLD -10型冲击腐蚀磨损试验机上 ,对高铬铸铁和低碳高合金钢的耐冲击腐蚀磨损性能进行比较研究 ,通过不同条件下材料的失重、冲击磨损面的形貌、材料冲击端表层及亚表层的组织结构变化等来研究 2种材料的抗冲击腐蚀磨损性能 ,着重研究浆料性质、冲击功大小等对 2种材料抗冲击腐蚀磨损性能的影响。结果表明 :低碳高合金钢的抗冲击腐蚀磨损性能优于高铬铸铁。 A comparision of impact corrosion and wear praperties is made between high chromium cast iron and low corbon high alloy steel by the modified MLD-10 impact-corrosion-wear tester. The impact, corrosion and wear properties of two types of materials are investigated in terms of material loss, profile of impacted and worn surfaces and variations in microstructure of surface layer and sub-surface layer of the impacted end of the two types of materials. The authors study the influence of slurry's properties and impact work on the impact, corronsion and wear properties of the two types of materials. It is concluded that low carbon high alloy steel is better then high chromium cast iron in impact, corrosion and wear properties.
