摘要
从肌肉的收缩力量、速度耐力、关节的灵活性和柔韧性以及运动技能的形成等方面,阐述了短跑技术中肌肉放松的作用。在分析影响肌肉放松能力因素的基础上,提出了放松训练的方法和手段,为科学训练实践配置合理的指导方法,提供参考。
Relaxation is one of the important features to sprint. It will be significant on the improvement of the record of an athlete masters and utilizing the technology of relaxation. The function has effects on improving the contraction strength, maximum spead and endurance of a muscle, the flexibility and pliancy of joints, and the formation of speading-up athletic skills. On the basic of analyzing the influential factors of muscle relaxation ability, this paper also put forward several means for relaxation training.
