摘要
本研究分析了生产系统柔性的重要性和特点 ,提出了生产系统柔性的三维矢量描述 ,并建立了柔性的最优化模型。分析了生产系统硬件要素和软件要素对系统柔性的影响。根据柔性的三维矢量描述 ,设计了柔性的实用度量方法 。
For adapting to the change of environment,managers should make their production system more flexible.This study is focused on the flexibility of production system.It gives a new definition and vector description with three dimensions.We analyzed the factors that affect the system flexibility,specified the flexibility function and proposed an optimization model of production system flexibility.A method of measuring flexibility of production system was devised and demonstrated.
