摘要
库存对于企业生产的稳定生产和经济运行非常重要 ,本文讨论了即时制造 (JIT)思想 ,并认为在我国目前的技术条件下完全实现JIT理论上的目标还有困难。真正实现零库存的时机还不成熟 ,但是我们应该可以将实现零可避免库存作为目标。根据流程工业的库存问题和一般离散制造业的显著不同 ,本文研究了流程工业的生产特点 ,基于工艺过程的仿真 ,将库存视为异类特殊的流程生产单元 ,集成于化工生产过程的超结构中 ,提出了一种通用的流程工业库存优化模型。更进一步针对一个氯碱企业中氯乙烯厂的库存问题进行了仿真分析 ,对所提出的流程工业库存优化模型进行了验证 。
Optimized control of inventory is very important to the steady economic running of a manufacturing complex.In this paper,the concepts of Just In Time (JIT) is discussed.Facing the existing situation now a days,the concepts of zero avoidable storage is much more realistic than the zero inventories target.This is the reason why it is significant to study the inventory control for manufacturing.The production mode of process industry is far different from that of discrete manufacturing,so is the inventory control,either.A general inventory control model for the process industry was worked out,by generalizing Grossmanns production decision making superstructure model,according to the characteristic of the process industry,and integrated a part representing the inventory as a particular operation unit into the global superstructure.Furthermore,inventory of a practical chloro alkali factory was simulated and analyzed,and the feasibility of the proposed model and optimization procedures was verified.
