Comprehensive Construction Technology of Extremely Large Long Double-track Tunnel under Complicated Geological Condition

摘要 长梁山隧道是我国第二条特长双线电气化铁路隧道,在地质超前预报、水平层状围岩开挖支护、大断层超前预注浆技术、机械化配套及管理、长距离大直径软管通风技术、综合防排水技术开展科学研究,取得了6项科研成果,研究开发了一整套适应复杂地质软弱围岩长大隧道的综合施工技术。 Changliangshan tunnel is the second extremely long doubletrack tunnel in China. Such technologies are studied as forecast of geological conditions, excavation and support of the horizontal stratum shaped surrounding rock, preejection of mortar into big fault, use and management of complete set of tunneling machines, longdistance bigdiameter hose ventilation technology and integrated antiflood and drainage technology. Six research fruits have been achieved and a whole set of integrated construction technologies of excavating long tunnels under complicated geological and soft surrounding rock has been developed.
