摘要
在分析循环流化床的锅炉汽温系统动态特性的基础上,针对其动态特性的时变大迟延等特点,采用多模型DMC前馈-反馈 自适应解耦控制方案,有效地克服了单一模型难以适应的工况变化和系统时变大迟延的影响,消除了给水流量变化对汽温的耦合。 仿真实例表明新的控制方法能使汽温系统具有较好的控制品质、较强的鲁棒性和自适应能力。
On the basis of analysis of dynamic characteristics of steam temperature control system for cycle fluidized bed boiler and in accordance with the time varying large lag features, the multi-model DMC feed-forward-feedback self-adaptive decoupling control strategy is used for the object. The method overcome the varying process status of which the single model is unable to manage and eliminate the influence of time varying large delay and the coupling between flow change of feed water and steam temperature. The simulation shows this new control method offers better control quality to steam temperature system, higher robustness and self-adaptive capability.
