摘要
液性塑料芯轴是生产内燃机气缸套的重要工装,文中以φ210缸径气缸套的液性塑料芯轴为例,对加工较长尺寸气缸套时,设计液性塑料芯轴应注意的问题进行了分析,并对原有的常规结构提出了相应的改进措施。
Liquid plastic inner axle is an important equipment using for manufacturing process of internal com bustion en gine cylinder sleeve.This paper uses the liquid plastic inner axle ofφ210cylinder sleeve as an example,analyzes some problems about designing when work piece is larger or longer and puts forward some improving method for normal structure of liquid Plastic fixture.
