摘要
在对高速车削数据进行搜集和评价的基础上,建立了高速车削数据库系统并开发应用程序。该系统可以指导用户选择合适的刀具材料,提供高速车削参数,对加工表面质量进行预测并分析刀具非正常损坏的原因。该系统的建立有助于推动高速切削技术的推广及应用。
A cutting database system for high-speed turning and its application is developed based on the collection and appraisal of machining data in high-speed turning operations.The cutting database system can guide users to select proper tool material,provide appreciate cutting parameters,predict the surface integrity and analyze the failure reasons of cutting tools.The development of this system will improve the wide applica-tion of high-speed machining technology in shop floor.
