摘要
目的 了解右旋反式烯丙菊酯的慢性经口毒性。方法 按国家标准方法 ,用无特定病源体 (SPF)级SD大鼠进行慢性经口毒性实验 (6个月喂养 ) ,每组 40只动物 ,雌雄各半 ,体重 50~ 70g ,共 4组 ,受试物掺进饲料中喂饲 ,实际摄入剂量分别为 0 (对照 )、2 3 3、9 66和 3 8 66mg kg- 1 d- 1。实验结束后留部分动物用普通饲料喂饲 1个月 ,以观察其恢复情况。结果 实验过程中各组动物未见明显毒性反应 ,体重无明显改变 ;中、高剂量组动物WBC降低 ,高剂量组动物淋巴细胞比例降低 ,其它 7个血常规指标基本正常 ;血液生化检查除中、高剂量组动物白 /球蛋白比升高外 ,其它 8个指标并无明显改变。高剂量组部分动物脏器 (心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑 )有不同程度的病理表现 ,中剂量组部分动物脏器 (肝、脾、肺、脑 )有不同程度的异常表现 ;高剂量组动物卵巢脏器系数升高。结论 一定剂量的右旋反式烯丙菊酯对SD大鼠WBC、血蛋白有一定的影响 ,可引起部分脏器的病理改变。慢性 (6个月 )经口毒性的最大无作用剂量为 2 3 3mg kg- 1 d- 1。
Objective To study the chronic oral (6-mon th feeding) toxicity of d- trans-allethrin. Methods Based on the Chinese National Standa rdized Method (G B15670-1995), SPF SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (20 females and 2 0 males per group, b.w. 50~70 g) and fed with d-trans-allethrin at the actua l d oses of 0 (control), 2 33, 9 66 and 38 66 mgkg -1 d -1 for 6 months. Results In the course of the test, no obvious toxic response was observed in the treated an imals and body weights relatively remained normal. WBC in the medium and the hi gh dose groups decreased and lymphocytes in the high group decreased. Blood bioc hemical examination showed that the albumin/globulin ratio increased while other 8 indexes were unchanged. histopathological examinations revealed that various changes were found in heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and brain in the high d ose group, while in liver, spleen, lung and brain in the medium dose group. Ther e was no obvious pathological changes in the tested organs in the low dose group . It was also found the oval/body weight ratio increased in the high dose group. Conclusion It was concluded that SD rats orally exposed to cert ain doses of d-trans-allethrin could induce abnormalities in some indexes such as blood reg ul ar examination, blood biochemistry and histopathological examination. The 180-da y oral no-observed-adverse-effect level of d-trans-allethrin in SD rats was 2.33 mgkg -1 d -1 .
