河南省电离辐射医学应用的基本现状

General situation on medical uses of ionizing radiation in Henan Province

目的 了解河南省电离辐射医学应用的基本现状 ,为合理制定电离辐射医学应用的发展规划提供依据。方法 遵照全国医疗照射调查的统一方案 ,采用分层抽样调查、普查和典型调查相结合。结果 全省共有医用X射线诊断工作单位 3 0 85家 ,工作人员 90 45名 ,各类X射线诊断设备 4672台 ;有 88家放射治疗单位 ,93 6名放疗工作人员 ,各种放疗设备 157台 ;有 42家核医学单位 ,2 2 9名工作人员 ,设备 178台。我省每百万人口拥有X射线诊断的单位数、人员数、设备数和临床核医学的单位数、人员数低于全国平均水平 ;放射治疗的单位数、人员数、设备数和临床核医学的设备数高于全国平均水平。结论 严格控制X线电子计算机断层扫描 (CT)机、医用电子直线加速器等大型医疗设备的购置 ,增加牙科X射线机。

Objective To describe the general situation o n medical uses of ionizing radiation in Henan Province, which would provide basi s for rationally laying down a developing program on medical uses of ionizing ra diation. Methods Complying with the united plan of medical surv ey nationwide, we combined sampling survey in various layers with general survey and typical survey. Results In the whole province there were t otally 3 085 medical X-ray diagnostic work units, including 9 045 workers and 4 672 various types of X-ray diagnostic equipment. There were 88 radiation treat me nt units, which included 936 corresponding workers and 157 various radiation tre atment equipment. There were 42 nuclear medical units, which had 229 workers and 178 equipment. The numbers that per million population possessed in the provinc e were lower than the average numbers of the whole nation, which included unit, worker and equipment numbers in X-ray diagnosis, and unit and worker numbers in clinical nuclear medicine. While the unit, worker and equipment numbers in radia tion treatment and the equipment number in clinical nuclear medicine were higher than the average levels of the whole nation. Conclusion The pu rchase of large scale medical equipment such as CT machines and medical electron ic linear accelerators should be strictly controlled, while the purchase of dent al X-ray machines, mammary gland photographic X-ray machines and clinical nucl ear medical inspection equipments should be increased.
