Development of the research of neural stem cell

目的综述神经干细胞的研究方向。方法查阅、归纳近几年来有关神经干细胞研究的部分文献资料。结果成年哺乳动物包括人的中枢神经系统内在一定条件下有神经再生的现象,某些脑区能检出神经干细胞,可在体外培养增殖,并被某些神经营养因子诱导分化为神经元。结论神经干细胞的体外培养,诱导分化研究,为对脊髓损伤、中枢神经系统退行性疾病进行细胞移植治疗提供了可能的细胞来源。

objective:To summarize the development of research of neural stem ce ll.Methods:Data on the research of neural stem cell were referred to and summed up.Results:The nerve cell of central nerve system of grown manmal and human can rebirth under certain condition,the neural stem cell can be found on some area o f brain, and can be brought up to mitosis ,the NSC was inducecl to differentiate d the nerve cell under some neural nutrition gene(factor).Conclusion:Outside bri nging up of NSC and research of inducement differentiation would be possible to provide the source of cell for transplant therapy of the degenerative disense.
