随着经济、社会和医学的进步和发展,医患关系呈现出一系列新的特点和发展趋势。制约医患关系良性发展的原因主要包括医疗体制因素、医院内部管理因素以及医患双方的人为因素。因此,可以通过深化医疗体制改革,强化医院管理,促进医患互动等综合措施,改善医患关系的外部宏观制度环境和内部微观管理环境,最终改善医患关系。

Nowadays, along with the advancement and development of the economy , society and iatrology,the relationship between the medical personel and the pati ents appear a series of new characteristics and treds.The strained the relations hip between the medical personnel and the patients is mainly due to the medical treatment system,hospital management and some man-made foactors.So comprehensiv e measures,such as deepening the reform of medical treatment system,strengthenin g the management of the hospital and advance the harmonious mutual actions ,are needed to improve the relationship between the medical personnel and the patient s .We try to improve the relationship betwween the medical personnel and the pat ients by ameliorating its macro system and microcosmic management conditions.
