免钛夹腹腔镜胆囊切除术

Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy without Using Metal Clips

目的 :探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)中免钛夹的应用方法及价值。方法 :将外科针持打结技术“移植”于LC ,用丝线在腹腔内结扎胆囊管和胆囊动脉。结果 :全组 35例均结扎成功 ,无出血、胆漏等并发症。结论 :LC中使用免钛夹安全、适用、省费用 ,可避免钛夹对机体的影响且可减少并发症的发生。

Objective: To explore applicative of laparoscopic cholecystectomy without using metal clips in.Methods:The technique of ligating with needle holder was employed in LC and were ligated with silks.Results:All cystic ducts and gallbladder arteries of 35 cases were successfully ligated.No complications of hemorrhage and bile leaking were found.Conclusion:LC without using metal clips is a safe,applicative, and less expensive.It can avoid the effect of metal chips on organism and decrease the complication.
