动态紫外光辐射下臭氧协同循环流动降解磺基水杨酸的研究 被引量:9

摘要 研究了在有或无紫外线辐射条件下,臭氧作为氧化剂循环流动对磺基水杨酸(SSal)废水的降解作用,O3/UV法对降解磺基水杨酸有协同效应,最佳工艺条件:O3发生器功率为90%,UV功率为14W,循环流速为500 mLmin-1时,90min内COD去除率达80%以上,1min内脱色率100%。循环流动法处理磺基水杨酸废水的效果要好于静态法。 The O3/UV process is an advanced oxidation process, since the hydroxyl radical(OH) generated in this process is a strong oxidant and reacts rapidly with organic compounds in water. Here SSal (sulfosalicylic acid)solution was treated by this oxidant and the oxidation behavior and its effect was studied. The present studies demonstrate the synergetic effect of ozone and UV on the removal of COD in SSal solutions. The removal rate of SSal is fairly low in the single UV radiation or O3 process, and it will be significantly enhanced in the combined O3/UV process. This indicates that there exist synergetic effects in O3/UV process. The experimental results showe that the removal efficiency of COD increases with the increase of ozonator power and the rate of cycling flow. The optimum conditions to remove SSal from wastewater by O3/UV process are as follows: ozonator power 90%×180W, UV power was 14W, the cycling flow 500mLmin-1, under which the removal efficiency of COD can be more than 80% within 90min, the resulted decoloration rate reaches 100% within 1min. The disposal of simulated SSal wastewater sample by dynamic process is better than static process.
