摘要 根据催化剂能够被液态染色指示剂染色的原理,开发了一套定量测量下行床油剂混合区油剂接触效果的系统。该系统利用溶解了罗丹名B的乙醇饱和液替代液相进料与催化剂接触,将染色后的催化剂在显微镜下观察和拍照,然后应用RGB标准和模式识别的方法对拍摄结果进行处理,划分出深度染色催化剂、适度染色催化剂和未染色催化剂,并用深度染色率、着色率和接触效率三参数来定量描述接触效果。通过对比单喷嘴和对称双喷嘴的接触效率以及对实验结果的标准偏差分析,说明该实验系统能够为未来认识油剂混合区过程提供一种可靠的手段。 In order to investigate the influencing factors of liquid-solid contact efficiency in feed stock zone of downer, a quantitative measurement system was carefully established. In the system, saturated alcohol with Rhodamine B as dyeing indicator was used to replace the liquid feed contacted with catalysts. Then the dyed catalysts were observed and were made a photo by microscope with digital camera. Those photos were processed according to RGB standard and pattern recognition in order to divide the dyed catalysts into 3 kinds, deeply dyed catalyst, moderately dyed catalyst and undyed catalyst. Three parameters including deep dyeing percent, dyeing percent and contact efficiency can be used to quantitatively describe the contact efficiency. Through comparing the contact efficiency between using symmetrically distributed double nozzle and single nozzle and by analyzing the standard deviation of the experiments, the measurement system established is proved can be used as a reliable method to understand the nature of liquid-solid contact in feed stack zone of a downer.
