摘要
全液压挖掘机是大型水利水电工程的主要施工设备之一。为满足工程需要,对其已完全失效的回转支承进行了国产化制造。在对回转支承进行受力分析、强度校核的基础上,对原设计作了几点改进,如加大钢球直径、增加高度、选用高级合金钢材料等。改造后经一年半的运行检验,回转支承性能良好。该部件的国产化,节约资金54%,积累了经验,开拓了进口设备配件国产化的思路。
The fullhydraulic excavator is one of main construction equipments for largesized water resources and hydropower project. In order to meet the needs of project construction, the gyroscopic support is made at home. Based on the force analysis and strength check on the gyroscopic support, the original design has been improved, such as enlarging the diameter of steel material. According to the operation and check for one and half years, such gyroscopic support is good in performance. The homemade fitting can save about 50% of cost.
