P3 software is good for project management. It is well known in engineering and construction industries and regarded as the criterion of project management software. This paper introduces in detail the application of P3 software in the formulation of project schedule and project management as well, such as forming project groups, setting up project codes, establishing logical relations, determining key route, and examining process schedule. In the process of implementing process schedule, the whole procedure monitoring, information collection, dynamic project management and process schedule adjustment and optimization timely are required.
