人本主义视角下农村失独家庭的社会工作介入探究

Exploring the Social Work Intervention of Rural Family Bereaved of the Only Child in the Perspective of Humanism

失独家庭所产生的问题已成为我国亟须攻克的难题。针对这一问题,通过分析农村失独家庭所处失独节点、家庭规模,发现目前农村失独家庭存在生理、生活照料困难、心理精神压力较大、社会支持体系弱化、养老和经济制度保障不完善等问题,进而探讨了社会工作在人本主义视角下介入农村失独家庭的有效路径。运用萨提亚家庭治疗法、小组社会工作、社会扶助、社会政策保障等方法整合社会资源,搭建一套完整的农村失独家庭社会支持体系,能够有效促进其更好地融入社会,提高其生存质量。

The problems arising from family bereaved of the only child have become a difficult problem for our country to overcome.In view of this problem,this paper analyzes the point and family size of rural families who have lost their families,and finds that the current rural families who have lost their families have difficulties in physiology,life care,psychological stress,weak social support system,old-age care and economic system guarantee.Inadequacies and other issues,and then explore the effective path of social work in the rural independence from the perspective of humanism.Integrate social resources with Satya family therapy,group social work,social assistance,social policy guarantees,etc.,and build a complete social support system for rural families who are dependent on independence,which can effectively promote their better integration into society and improve their survival.
