摘要
基于沉浸体验视角,对慕课平台用户黏性进行实证研究,并构建相关模型探索涉入度对慕课平台用户黏性影响的内在机制。研究发现:(1)沉浸体验是影响慕课平台用户黏性的重要因素;(2)涉入度的两个维度,即认知涉入维度和情感涉入维度,均对沉浸体验有促进作用;(3)沉浸体验在认知涉入度和慕课平台用户黏性之间具有完全中介作用,在情感涉入和慕课平台用户黏性之间具有部分中介作用。依据研究结果提出提升慕课平台用户黏性的对策建议。
Based on the perspective of immersive experience,this paper conducts empirical research on the user stickiness of the MOOC platform,and constructs relevant models to explore the internal mechanism of the influence of the degree of involvement on the user’s stickiness.The research found that:(1)immersion experience is an important factor affecting the user’s stickiness of the platform;(2)the two dimensions of involvement,namely the cognitive involvement dimension and the emotional involvement dimension,all contribute to the immersion experience.(3)The immersive experience has a complete mediating effect between cognitive involvement and user engagement of the platform,and has a partial intermediary role between emotional involvement and user engagement of the platform.Based on the research results,this paper proposes countermeasures to improve the user’s stickiness of the platform.
