摘要
目的 :探讨绞股蓝丹对脑缺血再灌注损伤脑保护的作用机制。方法 :采用小鼠颈总动脉结扎再灌注模型 ,测定脑匀浆中丙二醛 (MDA)、一氧化氮 (NO)含量、总抗氧化能力 (T_AOC)及过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性 ,探讨预防性给予绞股蓝丹对脑组织的保护作用机理。结果 :绞股蓝丹能明显提高小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤脑组织的T_AOC和CAT活性 ,明显抑制损伤脑组织中的MDA升高。结论 :绞股蓝丹可通过抗氧化机制达到脑保护功能。
Objective: To explore the protective effects of Jiaogulandan on the mouse brain with focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods: The model of CCAO/R in mouse was prepared by ligature to determine the level of MDA and NO, the capacity of T_AOC and the CAT activity in brain homogenate and to study the possible mechanism of protective effect of Jiaogulandan. Results: Compared with the control group, the treatment group had the higher capacity of T_AOC and CAT activity and lower content of MDA(P<0.01).Conclusions: Jiaogulandan can provide the protection for brain injury from focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion through antioxidation.
