不同牙面处理剂在脱敏治疗中的效果评价

Evaluation of Desensitizing Treatment of Different Tooth Conditioners

目的 通过使用不同的牙面处理剂配合 Gluma脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏症,观察其疗效和并发症,探讨牙面处理剂应用的安全性和可行性。方法 将86例257颗患牙随机分为4组。3个试验组分别用0.5mol/L EDTA、35％磷酸、10-3液处理牙面30s。对照组,用3％双氧水清洗牙面。4组均使用Gluma脱敏剂。观察治疗即刻与3个月的疗效及并发症。结果 治疗即刻与3个月的疗效,3个试验组之间无差异,但明显高于对照组(P<0.01),磷酸和10-3液组均有牙髓炎发生。结论 使用牙面处理剂可显著提高Gluma脱敏剂的疗效,选择0.5mol/L EDTA则更为安全可靠。

Objective Different types of tooth conditioners accompanied with Gluma desensitizer were used to treat dentin hypersensitivity. The curative effect and complications were observed in order to study the security and feasibility of tooth conditioners. Methods 257 teeth from 86 patients were divided into 4 groups randomly. 0.5 mol/L EDTA, 35% phosphoric acid and 10-3 solution were used in each experimental group respectively. 3% H2O2 was used to clean the tooth surface in the control group. Then desensitizer was applied. Immediate and 3 months curative effect and the complications were observed. Results There was no significant difference in 3 groups ( P > 0.05) with regard to immediate and 3-month curative effect, but there was significant difference ( P < 0.01) , compared with control group; Pulpitis happened in groups in which phosphoric acid and 10-3 solution were used. Conclusion Tooth conditioners could be used to improve curative effect of Gluma desensitizer significantly and 0.5 mol/L EDTA was much safer.
