摘要
利用Cole Cole公式对 10 4~ 10 8Hz频率段的蛙血液细胞介电谱进行了曲线拟合分析 ,建立了蛙血液细胞Cole Cole参数 :高频段相对介电常数εh=6 0 ,第一相对介电增量Δε1=4 90 0 ,第二相对介电增量Δε2 =12 0 0 ,第一特征频率 f1=0 .2MHz,第二特征频率 f2 =2 .4MHz,第一相位角 β1=0 .92 ,第二相位角 β2 =0 .93,低频段电导率k1=3.38ms/cm。
We have analyzed the dielectric spectra of frog blood cell by Cole-Cole formula at frequency range of 104Hz∼108Hz. By using curve fitting, we established the Cole-Cole parameters of the frog whole blood cell: Relative permittivity at high frequency Εh = 60, The first relative permittivity increment ΔΕ1 = 4900, The second relative permittivity increment ΔΕ2 = 1200, The first characteristic frequency f1 = 0.2 MHz, The second characteristic frequency f2 = 2.4 MHz, The first phase angle β2 = 0.92, the second phase angle β2 = 0.93, Conductivity at low frequency f2 = 3.38 ms/cm.
