摘要
目的 评价两种口腔黏接性树脂 Super-Bond C & B(SB)和 Panvia 21(PV)的黏接耐久性。方法 双臂牵张试验检测SB和 PV的 Mode Ⅰ破坏韧性,研究疲劳试验的影响。结果 SB的破坏韧性值(Gmax)与振动次数N的对数成近似直线的关系;而PV的Gmax分散度大,观察不到明显的趋势。结论 SB的破坏韧性值经疲劳试验后,有下降趋势,而PV的变化趋势不显著。Gmax可作为SB的损伤容许值,在需控制义齿疲劳寿命的修复设计中是有效的。
Objective To evaluate the durability of adhesion of dental adhesive resins such as Super- bond C&B (SB) and Panavia 21 (PV). Methods The effect of fatigue testing at a frequency of 1 Hz on Mode I fracture toughness was studied with the double cantilever beam (DCB) testing. Results In the case of SB, the relation between fracture toughness (Gmax) and number of cycles (N) on a log scale was approximated with a linear equation. In the case of PV, no such tendency was observed because the data of Gmax were widely scattered in the Gmax- N diagram. Conclusion SB was significantly influenced by fatigue test. However, the effect on PV was small. In the case of SB, the Gmax, which might be considered as the allowed value of frature for an adhesive, was effective for a dental prosthetic design which allowed control of the fatigue life.
