摘要
目的 了解心理治疗对减少拔牙患者术后心血管方面变化的作用。方法 将98例普通拔牙病人分2组,对实验组病人拔牙前进行心理诱导,并将该组病人术前、术后的心率、血压及收缩压乘心率值(rate-pressure product,RPP)与对照组比较。结果 实验组拔牙病人术后RPP值和对照组术后HPP值差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 对拔牙病人术前术中进行心理诱导,可以减少其术后心血管方面的反应。
Objective To investigate the changes of the RPP (heart rate multiplied by systotic pressure) values when the psychological treatment prior to tooth extraction was applied to patients. Methods 98 outpatients were divided into two groups. All the heart rates, the pulses and the PRP values were recorded before and after the tooth extraction. The patients in the experimental group was psychologically induced before the tooth extraction, while those in the control group were not psychologically induced prior to the tooth extraction. Results There was a significant difference between the psychological induction and the non - psychological induction ( P < 0.05). Conclusion The psychological induction could reduce the changes of the RPP values subsequent to the tooth - extracted patients.
