A fault diagnosis method in hydraulic pressure servo system based on dynamic fluid measurement technology is presented. An emphatic description on the system structure and software design was given. The system related major technologies, such as measurement data management and rough set neural expert systems are discussed. The system is built with a virtual instrument platform successfully. Finally, the fault diagnosis is realized and the results are presented on Web.
