摘要
将控制中的实时概念引入企业的生产和计划中。分析和描述了ERP/ MES/底层控制集成系统的信息流 ,以及实现该信息流而建立的系统构架 ,建立了基于 XML的 ERP/ MES/ OPC共享信息组织结构 ,构造了面向 OPC开放式软控制技术的 MES/底层控制的对象模型。该集成系统以制造执行系统 ( MES)作为 ERP和底层控制的桥梁 ,可以将实时采集的数据和工作状态自动反馈给 ERP系统 ,使以天、周、月、年为时间因子的 ERP系统达到实时 ,真正实现闭环的 ERP。
A “Real Time” concept is introduced in enterprise production and planning, and the integrated information flows of ERP/MES/Controls are analyzed and described in detail in this paper. To support these information flows, a systematic architecture is established. This architecture employs XML for the information integration and OPC technology for constructing the object-oriented control model during MES/Controls integration. In this system, the MES serves as a bridge which integrated the Controls and ERP system together. It enables direct information flows and command flows between the Controls and ERP system. Real time feedback information from Controls can then be transferred into ERP system. As a result, the ERP system working with a time horizon of days, weeks, months and years, can work in real time and the closed loop ERP system can be formed. Based on the above technology, an automatic assembly system is built.
