摘要
提出采用基于模型的推理技术实现汽车覆盖件冲压可加工性的自动分析 ,研究了产品几何模型的层次表示、产品冲压可加工性知识的归纳、面向对象的工艺知识表示、通过消息驱动实现工艺知识与产品模型的集成推理。以某汽车前翼子板为例 ,阐述了详细的实现过程。利用所提出的技术 ,基于 U-nigraphics软件平台 ,开发了汽车覆盖件冲压可加工性分析模块。
The model based reasoning method is adopted in performing manufacturability analysis for auto panel stamping, and the key techniques including: hierarchical representation of the product geometric model, summary of 'What if' rules for process formability and design procedure, object-oriented representation of the process knowledge and news-driven integrated reasoning between process knowledge and product model. An automotive front fender is selected as a case to elaborate the implementation process in detail. Based on the proposed techniques, the corresponding function is developed on UG-Ⅱ platform under the application development environment, and the specific implementation process of the developed modules for an automotive panel stamping manufacturability analysis is provided as well.
