摘要
轮胎材料性能与温度密切相关 ,过热会导致轮胎材料性能严重下降 ,致使轮胎迅速损坏 ,因此 ,应当对轮胎温度变化情况进行在线检测 ,以控制轮胎的生热 ,保证轮胎使用的安全性和可靠性。通过开展汽车轮胎温度在线检测装置的研究 ,完成了相应的理论分析和技术设计工作 ,采用多个DS1 82 0数字温度传感器构成检测阵列 ,实现了轮胎实时温度变化情况的在线检测 ,达到数据测量准、信息传送稳、信号偏差小、漏检误检少的设计要求。整个装置具有结构布置小型化、测试元件阵列化、性能检测在线化。
This paper presents the correspond tasks of theory analysis and technology design, and adopts some DS1820 numeral temperature sensors are adopted to form a checking array, and on-line measurment for the tire temperature movement instance is realized. The design requests are satisfied including data is exact, information transferring is steady, signal warp is small and measuring error is little. The whole device possesses some characteristics such as the structure arrangement is miniature, the test elements is array, the function measuring is on-line, the hidden danger warning is in real-time and the device possesses some research values and application values too.
