基于ANSYS的铸嘴熔体耦合场三维有限元仿真分析

摘要 本文用大型通用有限元分析软件 ANSYS 对铸嘴内稳态层流铝熔体进行仿真分析,实现了三维建模,解决了三维热-流耦合场耦合求解的问题,得到铝熔体的速度、压力及温度的分布图,分析了铸嘴出口速度和温度的分布规律及其对连续铸轧的影响。 In this paper,with the FEM analysis software ANSYS,steady-layer fluid in the aluminum casting mouth was simulated and analyzed.Constitution of three-dimensions model was realized and the matter of solution of three - dimensions fluid thermal-fluid cou- pled-field was solved using finite element analysis.The simulated diagram of the fluid velocity,press and temperature distribution was achieved.The laws of velocity and temperature distribution in the outlet of the casting mouth was studied,and its effect on continuous casting process was analyzed.
