摘要
对某钢厂生产的24mm厚的SA662Gr.B钢板进行了化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、热处理的试验。通过试验选定封头热冲压工艺为980℃保温、0.5-0.75h空冷。
The tests including chemical composition, mechanical property, metallographic structure and heat treatment test to the SA 662 Gr.B steel plate produced in ChongQing Steel Works, with thickness 24 mm are preformed. Through the tests, the hot punching press for header is determined as holding temperature at 980 ℃?0.5-0.75 hour then cooling in the air.
