摘要
目的 探讨胰腺缺血对重症急性胰腺炎 (SAP)的影响。方法 将动物随机分为对照组、模型组及奥扎格雷钠组 ,对后两组采用 5 %牛磺胆酸钠多点位胰腺被膜下注射建立重症急性胰腺炎模型 ,观察比较各组血清淀粉酶、血浆中的血栓素A2 (TXA2 )、前列环素 (PGI2 )的变化。结果 模型组及奥扎格雷钠组TXA2 ,PGI2 及淀粉酶在各时间点与对照组比较皆有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,奥扎格雷钠组胰腺损伤较轻。结论 胰腺缺血是重症急性胰腺炎主要损害因素 。
Objective It is to explore the effect of pancreatic ischemia in severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods 60 rats were divided into control group, model group and ozagrel group. The model group and the ozagrel group were induced into SAP model with injection of 5% sodium taurocholate (0.15?mL/100?g) under pancreatic capsule. The level of amylase in serum and thromboxane A 2 (TXA 2), prostaglandin I 2 (PGI 2) in plasma were observed and compared. Results The TXA 2, PGI 2 and amylase in model group and ozagrel group were significantly different from those in control group at different time. Pancreatic damage in zagrel group was slighter. Conclusion Pancreatic ischemia is an important injury factor in SAP and ozagrel may be the efficient medicine to it.
