摘要
企业发展战略选择的本质问题是企业核心竞争力的问题。文章从应用的角度 ,提出了企业核心竞争力的基本框架 ,提出企业核心竞争力的构建与提升必须通过要素整合。
It is a strategical choice for enterprises' development to enhance their key competitiveness in essence.The author puts forward a basic frame of the key competitiveness of enterprises from an applied point of view and holds that enhancing the key competitiveness of enterprises can be brought about only through integration of factors and adoption of a proper strategy.
