领导班子中的副职要正确对待正职 ,做到服从与尊重相结合 ;正确对待其他副职 ,做到帮办与揽过相结合 ;正确对待群众 。

A deputy of a leading body should adopt a correct attitude towards,first, the principal by both being subordinate to him and respecting him,second,the other deputies by both helping them and taking the responsibilities on himself,thirdly,the masses by both having faith in and serving them.
