摘要
文章对江泽民科技人才观进行探析 ,认为综合国力和科技实力的竞争的实质是人才的竞争 ,“人力资源是第一资源” ;科技发明的最佳时期在于青年 ,要重视青年科技人才 ,因为世界属于“青春韶华之时” ;“人才是最关键、最根本的因素” 。
Having explored Jiang Ze-min's view on skilled personnel,the author holds that competition in aggregate national strength and in scientific and technological strength is competition in talented people in essence.'Human resources are primary resources'.The optimum period for scientific and technological invention is in youth, and the world belongs to 'glorious youth',so we should attach importance to young skilled personnel and make efforts to establish a mechanism under which it is possible for outstanding people to grow up and come to the fore.
