Review and Prospcet for Theoretical Research Frontier of Social Network in Western

【目的/意义】社交网络已经对现实人际关系的互动以及舆情传播产生了深远影响,其后向影响的研究也已经取得丰富的学术成果,但是关于社交网络内涵、互动模式、功能机理及其结构特性的分析还缺乏系统性,尚未形成完备的理论体系。【方法/过程】对国际相关研究成果进行了回溯归纳与系统梳理,分别从社交网络的内涵拓展、用户行为、功能定位及结构特征出发对已有研究进展进行了脉络分析与体系建构,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。【结果/结论】本文的研究有助于社交网络本质内涵及其运行机制的全貌呈现与本质回归,对于未来相关领域研究方向的科学把握以及前沿问题凝练具有重要的指导作用。

【Purpose/significance】Social networks have had a profound impact on the interaction of human relationships as well as the spread of public opinion, and the research on the backward influence of social networks has achieved rich academic achievements. However, the analysis of the connotation, interaction mode, function mechanisms and structural characteristics of social networks is still not systematic and has not yet formed a complete theoretical system.【Method/process】This paper summarizes relevant foreign literatures, from the perspectives of connotation expansion, user behavior, function-al orientation and structural characteristics of social networks,we conduct the contextual analysis and system construction ofthe latest research progress. Finally, we look into the distance of future research direction.【Result/conclusion】The researchin this paper will help to further reveal the essence of social networking and its operating mechanism. It is of great significance to the scientific understanding and the selection of research area.
