高校数字图书馆社会教育资源输入机制研究

The Input Mechanism of Social Education Resources in the Digital Libraries of Colleges and Universities

【目的/意义】通过研究高校数字图书馆的社会教育资源补充机制,能够给一部分强社会应用实践型的学科提供有助于学生就业发展的资源库。与此同时,也能够给予高校数字图书馆另一个增进自身馆藏实力与资源使用程度的手段。【方法/过程】通过设置评估授信机制、内容收集系统以及内容输出系统开展高校数字图书馆资源建设研究,完成应用型学科社会教育资源的引进和输入,尝试探寻能够实现数字图书馆使用效率提高和应用型学科教学实践性提升双赢的路径。【结果/结论】通过事前机构资质、资源需求评估,事中转化系统配置、评价机制建设与事后分类报告汇总的形式,能够实现高校数字图书馆社会教育资源机制的有效运转。

【Purpose/significance】By means of studying the supplementary mechanism of social education resources of Digital Libraries in colleges and universities, it can provide a resource bank for the development of students’ employment in some disciplines with strong social application and practice. At the same time, it can also give university digital libraries another means to enhance their collection strength and resource utilization.【Method/process】Through setting up evaluation and credit mechanism, content collection system and content output system to carry out the research of university digital library resources construction, the introduction and input of social education resources of applied disciplines are completed,and a win-win path to improve the efficiency of digital library use and practical teaching of applied disciplines is explored.【Results/conclusion】The effective operation of the social education resources mechanism of digital libraries in universities can be realized by beforehand qualification and resource needs assessment, transformation of system configuration, evaluation mechanism construction and subsequent classification report summary.
