摘要
【目的/意义】基于数据可视化分析我国现行电子商务法律法规的特征,有利于进一步完善我国电子商务法律法规体系。【方法/过程】通过词频统计、定性分析、数据可视化等方法对相关法律法规的名称、施行日期、公布部门、所属类别等特征进行量化研究和交叉分析。【结果/结论】现行的电子商务法律法规具有实际操作性、环境依存性、地域差异性、经济共生性的特点,有针对性地从深度驱动、实践驱动、平衡驱动、广度驱动等方面提出了建议。
【Purpose/significance】Based on the data visualization analysis of the characteristics of China’s current E-commerce laws and regulations,it is conducive to further improve China’s E-commerce laws and regulations system.【Method/process】Quantitative research and cross-analysis of the names,implementation dates,publication departments,and categories of relevant laws and regulations is conducted through word frequency statistics,qualitative analysis and data visualization.【Result/conclusion】The current E-commerce laws and regulations have the characteristics of practicality,environmental dependence,regional differences,and economic symbiosis.This paper proposes suggestions from the aspects of depth driving,practice driving,balanced driving and breadth driving.
