摘要
【目的/意义】通过对社交媒体研究的相关文献进行回顾,旨在设计一个概念框架,解释社交媒体的各种应用,该概念框架以社交媒体研究的相关理论为基础,各种社交媒体工具和技术为支撑。【方法/过程】采用文献调研、内容分析的方法,遵循Ngai的两阶段研究方法,搜索相关论文,关注每篇论文跟社交媒体研究相关的理论基础、技术支撑、具体应用与实证结果。【结果/结论】社交媒体的理论研究,主要从个人行为理论、社会行为理论、大众传媒理论三个方面展开。社交媒体应用研究呈细分趋势,涉及健康、知识管理、教育、营销等方面。
【Purpose/significance】The purpose of this paper is to conduct a critical literature review of social media research,with the aim to design a conceptual framework that explains how social media applications are supported by various social media tools,technologies and a set of theories.【Method/process】This study adopts the methods of literature research and content analysis,following the two-stage research method of Ngai,searching for relevant papers by the proposal of a conceptual framework that highlights the tools and technologies as well as theories and models that serve as the foundation of social media applications.【Result/conclusion】The current theoretical research about social media is mainly concentrated on three aspects:personal behavior theory,social behavior theory and mass media theory.The research on social media is subdivided,involving health,knowledge management,education,marketing,etc.
