大数据环境下信息资源管理模式创新研究

Research on Innovation of Information Resource Management Model in Big Data Environment

【目的/意义】根据大数据环境下信息资源管理的特征,对信息资源管理模式进行创新探索,进一步挖掘信息资源深层次价值,实现更健康有效的信息资源载体的支持。【方法/过程】以大数据背景的信息资源特征为基本研究出发点,挖掘数据科学与信息资源管理的关联,利用数据挖掘和数据分析以及新兴的智慧服务,构建较为系统的信息资源管理模式。【结果/结论】通过本文的研究,构建了大数据背景下信息资源管理三种创新模式:①'物联网+大数据'创新模式;②'数据挖掘技术+信息资源'融合模式;③'技术框架+用户核心'的信息服务模式,为大数据时代信息资源管理的可持续发展及研究提供知识参考依据。

【Purpose/significance】According to the characteristics of information resources management in the big data environment,this paper makes innovative exploration on information resources management mode,further excavates the deep value of information resources,and realizes the support of more healthy and effective information resources carrier.【Method/process】Based on the characteristics of information resources in large data background,this paper explores the relationship between data science and information resources management,and constructs a more systematic information resources management model by using data mining,data analysis and emerging intelligent services.【Results/conclusions】Through the research of this paper,three innovative modes of information resources management under the background of big data are constructed:the innovative mode of'Internet of Things+Big Data';the fusion mode of'Data Mining+Information Resources';and the information service mode of'Technical Framework+User Core',which is the sustainable mode of information resources management in the era of big data.Continuous development and research provide knowledge reference basis.
