Information Security and Intellectual Property Protection of Digital Art Libraries in Cloud Computing Environment

【目的/意义】对艺术类图书馆利用云计算开展服务过程中的信息安全及知识产权保护问题通过访谈和文献总结等方式进行挖掘,并提出相应的保护保障措施。【方法/过程】全面分析新的服务模式下艺术类图书馆面临的信息安全及知识产权保护问题,进而明确保障的对象和目标。【结果/结论】围绕信息安全及知识产权保障的平台、资源和用户,构建云服务提供商和艺术类图书馆相协同的全面保障体系;同时,建议从云环境下信息安全标准化、相关法律法规完善以及全程化管理方面进行实施保障工作。

【Purpose/significance】This paper explores the information security and intellectual property protection of art libraries in the process of using cloud computing to carry out services through interviews and literature summaries,and puts forward corresponding protection measures.【Method/process】Comprehensively analyses the problems of information security and intellectual property protection faced by art libraries under the new service mode,and then clarifies the objects and objectives of protection.【Result/conclusion】Centering on the platform,resources and users of information security and intellectual property protection,a comprehensive security system for cloud service providers and art libraries is constructed.At the same time,it is suggested that information security standardization,improvement of relevant laws and regulations and full-process management should be implemented in the cloud environment.
