摘要
构建一套基于科学—技术交叉模型的创新前沿识别方法体系方法,从科学与技术交叉处内容挖掘的角度描绘全球创新前沿图谱及其交叉结构。采用基于专利的ESI高被引论文共被引聚类、基于论文的OECD三方专利耦合聚类两条路径表征创新前沿。以临床医学领域为例做了实证研究。基于科学与技术交叉模型识别创新前沿具有可行性,也适应了大科学时代和新科技革命进程中科学技术化和技术科学化的总体趋势。
The focus of this paper is on developing a systematic framework for identifying innovation frontier at the interface of science and technology,and mapping the global innovation frontiers and their structure from the perspective of content mining at science-technology interface. Innovation frontiers are revealed by the clustering methods of 1) co-citation of ESI highly cited papers based on patents and 2) coupled OECD triadic patent families based on papers. A preliminary exploration is conducted in the field of clinical medicine. The identification of innovation frontier based on science-technology interface model is feasible,and conforms to the general trend of science-technicalization and technology-scientificalization in the era of big science and new science and technology revolution.
